Our New Photographer!

Before you suggest that we get a refund, let me explain that our new photographer is my two-year-old Angie. She has been taking pictures all around the house and when we were at the park last week. Some of the shots are rather creative. She got one of all grass, one of all sky, and one close-up of Mikey's mouth. So, though some are instantly deleted (like the close-ups of the couch, the carpet and the laundry basket), I'm glad to have someone to document our every-day happenings from a unique, though short, perspective! It was very windy, so most of these shots are with our hair all over the place, but oh well. I think she got a good one of Leah.

Meet Baby Leah

We feel so blessed to have this sweet little one in our home. Thanks for all your well wishes, selfless service and prayers! We are doing well and look forward to meeting with our family and friends sometime in the next few coming months to give her a name and a blessing. Dad, I hope you enjoy this "moving picture" I think it's better than 100 pictures!

4th of July Fun

We spent our 4th of July enjoying ourselves with family. We had some activities in the moring and came home for hot dogs and a nap, then went to

see the fireworks at the park. It was a really nice day!

Summer Sun, Summer Fun!

Angie has started potty training so it's nice to be able to send her out in just her swimming suit so if she has an accident it doesn't really matter. When we take her to the pool she's required by law to have on a swim diaper AND a plastic diaper over that, weather she's potty trained or not. Thank goodness Laurel is old enough not to have to have that requirement apply to her. We're so glad to have a place where we can let the kids roam free and play the way kids should!
